Pasta Pasta!!

Dinner at one of the top restaurants in the Waterloo region. Red house offered outstanding customer service along with a mouthwatering entree. Quite satisfied with my experience at Red House. Definitely will be returning come this fall for potential new menu additions.

Ravioli with basil ricotta stuffing

 

Homemade Ravioli, fresh basil from the garden paired with ricotta cheese. Recipe below enjoy!

Recipe:
Ricotta stuffing:
Ricotta Cheese
Shallots(mince)
Basil(chiffonade)
Garlic clove(mince)
Lemon juice 
Salt/pepper

Pasta dough:
Flour 6 cups 
Eggs 4 
Olive oil 1/2 cup 
Water 1 cup 
Tsp salt
 Knead dough for 15 minutes
