Ravioli with basil ricotta stuffing

 

Homemade Ravioli, fresh basil from the garden paired with ricotta cheese. Recipe below enjoy!

Recipe:

Ricotta stuffing:

Ricotta Cheese

Shallots(mince)

Basil(chiffonade)

Garlic clove(mince)

Lemon juice 

Salt/pepper

Pasta dough:

Flour 6 cups 

Eggs 4 

Olive oil 1/2 cup 

Water 1 cup 

Tsp salt

 Knead dough for 15 minutes
